An Important Update About My Practice

Dear Friends and Patients,

Simplifying My Practice

After enjoying 42 years of a very busy homeopathic practice, as of January 1st 2026, I am scaling down. I will be 78 in two months, enjoy excellent health, and I need to decrease the stress in my life. I need to stay healthy and energetic for myself and for my beloved husband, Bob, who is in assisted living with dementia, as well as for my patients.  And I want the freedom to be able to continue to travel. I cannot express what it has meant to me, and still means to me, to use the gift of homeopathy to help thousands of individuals and families over the years. I still have patients who started out with me over forty years ago!
After much thought, I need to scale down and will be making the following changes. I have given it a lot of thought, but I need to see how they all work out. My website will reflect these changes.

How My Practice Will Change as of January 1st

Practice Location & Schedule: I will practice out of my home, on Wednesdays, and I will manage my own practice without an office manager. Jennifer has been wonderful, but I need to simplify. I will be scheduling patients myself.

Email Contact: Please email me at drreichenberg@gmail.com. I will keep nchmclinc@gmail.com for now, but I ask that you email me directly. I will respond as soon as I can.

Remedies: I will send out pellet remedies myself priority mail, and I will have you order liquid LM potencies from a homeopathic pharmacy because they are so time-consuming to prepare. If you need an acute remedy right away, Amazon may have it.

Patient Care: I have had the privilege of helping some of you for up to 40 years! You are like family to me. I am not ready to let you go! I’ll decide which of you I need to refer out, or you may make that decision yourself. I hope to still accept a small number of new patients, but that remains to be seen.

Referrals: I have found three excellent homeopaths who can take on those of you whom I can no longer help, or you can make that decision. If that is the case, I can easily email a list of your remedies with dates prescribed. Please see their bios below.

Appointments: As before, you will be responsible for keeping all appointments (the same 48-hour cancellation same charge as before for missed appointments). Sandy got many of you into the habit of expecting text message reminders, but I cannot offer that, so you will be completely responsible for keeping your appointments to avoid missed appointment fees.
Again, I will NOT send text reminders and ask that you please not text me.

Telehealth: I will continue do telehealth appointments through the Cliniko program. It has been working very well. If you are on my schedule, you will get an email link and need to click it, then click on the red box to join the chat. Please do that 10 minutes before the appointment and I will join you at the appointment time. Make sure your audio and video are working, please.

Phone Contact: I will only have my cell phone rather than an office number. It is (425)892-3579, but PLEASE ONLY CALL MY CELL if the telehealth chat is not working at the scheduled appointment time. Otherwise, contact me by email. When I travel outside the US, if you call me on that number or text me, I will be charged $12/day! If there is a glitch with the telehealth, it is an option to use FaceTime on my cell phone, but it is only a backup plan. Again, that number is (425)892-3579.

Payments: I’m simplifying my billing process. Instead of storing credit card details, I’ll be switching to PayPal, Zelle, or Venmo – I’m still working out the best option, particularly for patients outside the U.S. Since I’ll be traveling in January, I’ll send another update once I’ve finalized the details. In the meantime, your current credit card information remains secure.

Supplements: You can continue to order nutritional supplements at a discount by using me as a practitioner through FullScript. www.fullscript.com

Homeopaths To Whom I Can Refer You

I will let you know if I no longer feel I am the best doctor to help you. Or you can decide that yourself. I am happy to say that there are three homeopaths to whom I can refer to you with confidence. All of them are passionate about homeopathy, are well-trained in the style of homeopathy that I use (The Sensation Method), and they work virtually. I feel confident that you would be in good hands with any of them. I feel confident that any of the three will offer you excellent homeopathic care (and they are younger than me, so they will be around a lot longer)!

Alicia Gonzalez, ND, DHANP (Freeland, WA): Alicia is an extremely caring, sincere, smart, and dedicated naturopathic doctor board-certified in homeopathy in practice since 2002. Alicia has had some personal health problems since 2022, will and will be taking a 6-week medical leave of absence this spring. www.serenenaturalhealth.net (360)755-7828.

Selora Albin, CCH: Selora is a devoted and passionate homeopath, as well as a painter, parent, and lover of nature. She is closely supervised by my own homeopath. Selora recently moved to Seattle. www.selorahomeopathy.com (650)687-7285.

Aaron Stiner, CCH (Alexandria, VA): Aaron is a classically-trained, board-certified homeopath who provides thoughtful, individualized care for adults, teens, and children. Heis a dad and parent, and he is also closely supervised by my homeopath. He lives in Alexandria, VA, near Washington, D.C. www.risingsun-wellness.com  (703) 740-8976.

What Stays the Same
My deep commitment to this remarkable form of healing remains unchanged. Homeopathy has been the greatest gift of my professional life, allowing me to meet and help thousands of patients over four decades. For those of you continuing under my care, you’ll receive the same quality and attention you’ve always had.
Thank you for your trust and your patience with these changes in my practice.
With deep gratitude and warm regards,

Dr. Judyth Reichenberg-Ullman
