Acute Anxiety Or Panic Attacks During The Pandemic

Homeopathic Arsenicum album:

This remedy is likely to work for you, acutely, if:

– You feel anxious, restless, and find yourself pacing around nervously.
– Your anxiety is disrupting your sleep, especially after midnight.
– You have a persistent fear of you or your loved ones dying.
– You are extremely germ phobic. You may be exaggeratedly obsessed with wearing gloves, washing down counters, stockpiling alcohol and wipes.

Rescue Remedy:

This is a Bach Flower remedy, available anywhere natural medicines are sold, that is a calmative
and takes the edge of acute anxiety. It soothes the nerves. RR contains equal amounts of five flowers: cherry plum, clematis, impatiens, rock rose, and star of Bethlehem. It is so gentle that we use it with our Golden retrievers while traveling and to bring back to life startled hummingbirds who have flown into our glass windows!

Herbs:
– The most well-known herbs for anxiety are Passiflora (passion flower), Scutellaria
(skullcap), and Humulus lupulus (hops). Take as a tincture or tea.
– Chamomile tea is also a nervine (known to calm rattled nerves).
