A Sea Change Beyond New Year’s Resolutions!

365 days is a long time! Or it can pass in the blink of an eye, depending on your point of view. It is long enough to test out new points of view, behaviors, relationships, places to live, jobs, beliefs, attitudes. And to make dramatic shifts in our lives. But just how do we do that? We often recommend Values Clarification exercises where you make a list of what you most value in your life then prioritize them. Then the clincher: take an honest look at your life and seeing if you are really living your values, walking your talk.

But here is an even more comprehensive and far-reaching way to take stock of
your life. To see if you are happy with what you have doing, saying, creating. And
to look at what specific changes you might like to make for the new year. This
exercise was gifted to us many years ago by our dear friend, Robin Blanc Mascari.
She is happy to have it shared!
